About Our Farm

Taylor Farm is a 180-year old working farm nestled in the Green Mountains of southern Vermont. Jon Wright and his family have operated the farm for the past 30 years.

Here at Taylor Farm, we have lots of animals that are friendly and easily accessible to visitors: Jersey and Holstein cows, a Scottish Highlander named Skippy, goats, pigs, chickens, draft horses, a donkey, dogs, and cats!

Our teams of lovely draft horses pull sleighs for our winter sleigh rides! An enjoyable experience for the whole family, our sleigh rides show off the winter beauty of southern Vermont on box-style sleighs. Wool blankets are provided, as well as hot cider to sip and marshmallows to toast at the mid-ride bonfire.

In our farm store, you can find products from all over Vermont including one of the best selections of quality Vermont cheeses from a variety of small dairy farms. Locally made products include maple syrup, preserves, applesauce, caramel, meats, baked goods, mustards, T-shirts, artwork, ice cream, honey, cider, soda, chocolate, homemade soaps, candles and so much more.

At Taylor Farm we feel incredibly lucky that we get to do what we love, and we'd love for you to be a part of the Taylor Farm experience! Stop by and become a part of the family.

Taylor Farm is located at 825 VT Route 11 in Londonderry, VT, a small town between Springfield and Manchester. Close by are Bromley, Magic, and Stratton Mountain Resorts. Stop in after hitting the snow and grab your favorite cheeses and local snacks!
